Hello and welcome to Grace Neighborhood Academy. We are excited to share with you some things about us. Our center was established in January 2013 located at 5221 Oxford Avenue in the Northeast region. We started out with less than 20 students with no Keystone Star level. Currently we are a family of 148 children with 24 full time staff. We are Keystone Star level 3 with the anticipation of completing our Keystone Star level 4 soon. We are also enrolling our program with United Way Success By 6 which will help expand our staff in their professional skills.
Our facility serves children from low income, single household, teenage parents, private pay parents, and CCIS parents. We are a partnership with School District of Philadelphia where we service 100 Head Start children. We have diversity not only among our staff but within our parents as well. Majority of our parents speak Spanish, French or Creole. Our staff speaks of other native language which helps those parents who do not understand or speak English.
